I offer in-person, as well as virtual, as needed.
I schedule from session to session in order to keep things flexible and give you the power to pace your own healing journey.
I am private pay only (I do not take insurance), but I can take an HSA card as payment, or give you a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance. Each insurance plan is different, so you would need to check to see how a Superbill might help you.

Getting Started...
If you are interested in starting your journey, you can email me. We will schedule a first appointment and go from there. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, and allows you to know whether it feels like a good fit. It also helps us determine what you are struggling with, and get an idea of where we'd like to go next. At the end of the session, I will ask if you'd like to schedule or if you want to let me know later. That way there's no pressure.
What to expect your first session
The office address is 2001 Exchange Dr, Saint Charles, MO.
Most map apps will bring you right to it. When you pull into the parking lot, come in the glass door marked Wellspring. Have a seat in the waiting room and I will be out to get you when its time to start session.
